A 10 week gentle morning journey of breathing life into your days
...one intentional morning at a time.
Through movement, breathwork, and the awakening of your life-force vitality, this programme meets you exactly where you are and guides you, gently, toward the version of you that rises with presence, and purpose.
This isn’t about discipline or forcing early mornings. It’s about reclaiming the power of your mornings and learning to inhabit them fully.
Over 10 weeks, you’ll be held in a weekly practice that moves with your body, steadies your breath, and supports you in reconnecting with yourself, with the invitation to carry this awareness into each new day in your own conscious, connected way.

GrAND RISING
What to Expect?
Each 60-minute Grand Rising session follows a gentle and consistent rhythm:
• Arrival and grounding
• Guided body awareness and intuitive movement
• Connection with the week’s area of focus
• 20–25 minutes of gentle, guided breathwork inspired by the principles of RBM
• Integration and closing reflection
The breathwork used within Grand Rising is gentle in nature, yet often profound in its impact. Rather than forcing an experience, we create the conditions for the body to reconnect with its own innate wisdom, resilience, and capacity for change.

While each session can be experienced as a standalone practice, the full 10-week journey has been intentionally designed to build week by week, supporting a deeper connection with your body, breath, vitality, and self.
It can be deeply restorative, bringing the nervous system back into balance, while offering a release with a move towards resolution — gently unravelling what no longer serves and supporting the integration of new ways of being. This work meets you wherever you are, allowing what’s ready to be seen, felt, and softened, in your own time.
